You will be able to manage offers, inventory, shipping, and orders from your account without leaving our platform.

Markeplay payments

A third-party payment processor (also known as a gateway or payment channel) allows you to accept payments online.

Among the payment methods, you can activate Markepay, our provider that allows you to accept payments on your store securely and reliably, thanks to the technology and infrastructure provided by Stripe.

You just need to activate Markepay and enter the IBAN where you want to receive payments every 24 hours. By using our provider, you will receive a 2% discount on fees compared to the chosen plan.

It is important to ensure that the products you sell comply with the privacy policies of the payment provider to avoid being blocked unexpectedly.

A business account is the account where your money is deposited once the payments from your customers are authorized and processed.

You can sell and accept payments in different currencies, depending on the payment processor (also known as a third-party payment gateway) you are using.

When creating a marketplace with Markeplay, for the management of automatic payments between different sellers and the handling of fees you want to retain (in addition to any subscription fees), you can rely on two of our partners: Mangopay and Stripe.

You simply need to open an account with them, follow the verification and account opening process, connect the provider account to the Markeplay back office, and start selling.

No, not necessarily. You can use an order fulfillment service that prepares and ships orders for you. We are currently finalizing the following service and establishing partnerships to offer you the best possible conditions.

Yes, you can manage them through your own courier directly from the platform with specific features.

When you upload products, they can be assigned directly to the supplier at the time of purchase.

Sending orders to assigned suppliers can be done via email directly from the back office, or if the supplier uses Markeplay, they will automatically see it in their back office under order management.

We are working to integrate as many couriers as possible and provide you with the ability to manage shipments without leaving your Markeplay account.
